"I didn’t feel like it was worth..."
I didn’t feel like it was worth what I paid. The prices seemed high for what you actually get, and after waiting in that queue for so long, I expected a lot more. I left feeling like my money disappeared way too fast.

"A Parking Nightmare Before I Even Got Inside"
The location felt way more out of the way than I expected, and the parking situation was an absolute saga. I drove around forever trying to figure out where I was even supposed to park, and finding a decent spot felt like winning some impossible quest. By the time I finally parked, I was already over it

"Support was okay, just a little slow"
I had to wait a bit before hearing back from support. The person I spoke with was polite and did help me in the end, but the first response wasn’t super clear and the whole thing felt slower than I expected. I’ve had quicker and more straightforward support experiences with other companies before, so this one felt average to me. Not terrible, just okay.

"Disappointing Food Options, Especially Late Night"
The dining situation was a big letdown. For a casino this size, I expected way more choices, especially later at night. When I asked about other options, it felt like everything was brushed off with a “that’s our policy” type of excuse, which was frustrating when you’re just trying to grab a decent meal. The prices were on the high side, the food I ended up getting was just okay, and the service was slower than I expected. Definitely thought the experience would be better.

"This game is a joke"
This little slots game just gobbled up my cash way too fast. I barely got any fun out of it before my money was gone. Pathetic experience overall

"Honestly, not much fun"
I was expecting a bit more, but the amenities were underwhelming. Not trying to be dramatic, but that’s kind of what made the whole stay feel less enjoyable

"Room didn’t feel very clean"
I only stayed for one night, but the room didn’t feel as clean as it should have. There was hair on the bathroom floor and dust around the bed, which made it hard to feel comfortable. The staff was fine and polite enough, but the cleanliness definitely needs more attention. I left feeling disappointed because I expected the room to feel fresher and more taken care of.
